Intellectual property

This page sets out what Skelcore owns, and what you may and may not do with it. It covers our brand, our equipment designs, and the content on this website.

What we own

These are protected by trademark, copyright, design and unfair competition laws. Nothing on this website transfers any ownership or grants any licence except as described below.

What you may do

Customers

If you have bought Skelcore equipment, you may photograph it in your facility and use those images to promote your own business. We would be glad if you credited Skelcore, and we are always happy to be tagged.

Media and press

You may use our product imagery and logo to report on or review Skelcore, provided the material is not altered and is not used in a way that implies we endorse an unrelated product or organisation. Ask us and we will send you a proper press pack.

Authorised distributors

Authorised Skelcore distributors may use our brand and imagery within the scope of their distribution agreement. Where this page and that agreement differ, the agreement applies.

What you may not do

Counterfeits and misuse

Counterfeit strength equipment is a safety problem as well as a commercial one — it is built to no known standard and it fails under load. We take misuse of our brand and designs seriously and pursue it.

If you have seen equipment being passed off as Skelcore, a business claiming to be an authorised distributor, or our imagery being used without permission, please tell us. We treat these reports confidentially.
