Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every Skelcore purchase! However, we understand that not everything you order always works out.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable. 


How do I return an item?

You have two convenient ways to make returns! You can return in-person at a Happy Returns bar, or mail in your return. Regardless of which method you decide to use, you can start your return here by entering your order number and your zip code. (Order number can be found in the order confirmation email we sent you). Then, follow the instructions below:

 1. Select the item(s)* you wish to return

*Note: If an item is "FINAL SALE" or non-returnable – no option to return will be provided.

 2. Select the payment method for your refund. (Store Credit/Refund)

 3. Select the reason for the return (too large, too small, etc.)

 4. Once you are done adding items, click “Continue”

 5. Choose how you want to return your item(s):

Return in-person with Happy Returns

Refund/Exchange initiated immediately upon drop-off thousands of locations nationwide, no need to box your items. Receive a QR code for a contact-free drop-off. All apparel returns made to a Happy Return Bar location are complimentary.

Return via mail

1. Start your return or exchange online to receive a mailing label to box and ship your items.

2. You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.

There is a $5.00 fee deducted from your refund for all non-apparel items and apparel returned via mail. Apparel returned via Happy Returns Bars are complementary. Search a location near you.  Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed, plus 3-5 additional business days to see the refund reflected on your bank
statement Exchanges will be sent within 2-3 business days. Please note that exchanges cannot be sent with expedited shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation email once the return or exchange has been processed.

How long do I have to return my items?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We cannot accept return after 15 days from the authorized date for a return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept final sales or gift cards.


If you selected "exchange" while creating a return, your exchange will be initiated upon receipt of the original item to a Happy Returns location or once scanned by mail.

If returning the original item via Happy Returns or by mail, please allow 10 business days to receive your new item. Please note that we cannot offer expedited shipping on exchanges. If this order is urgent please request a refund and place a new order with expedited shipping.

Please note if you opt for an EXCHANGE, the stock is not immediately reserved, until receipt of the original item to a Happy Returns Location or scanned by mail and it is possible that the item/s that you requested are no longer available. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item/s back to your original payment method and an email confirmation sent to you


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was issued. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
