Do not sell or share my personal information

This page is for California residents exercising rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. Residents of other states with similar laws may use the same route.

Our position

Skelcore does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We collect business contact details so we can quote, deliver, install and service equipment, and we share them only with the service providers and distributors needed to do that. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail.

If that ever changes, we will update this page and provide a working opt-out before any such use begins.

Your rights

Regardless of the above, if you are a California resident you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
• Request a copy of that information.
• Request that we delete it.
• Request that we correct it if it is inaccurate.
• Limit our use of sensitive personal information.
• Opt out of sale or sharing, if we ever engage in it.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to make a request

Contact us using any of the routes below and tell us which right you are exercising. We will confirm receipt, verify your identity — usually by matching the details you give us against our records — and respond within the timeframe the law requires.

An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission, which we may ask to see.
