Legal
This policy explains what information Skelcore collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to skelcore.com and any page that links to it.
Skelcore is a commercial fitness equipment manufacturer and supplier based in Miami Gardens, Florida, USA. For any question about this policy or about your personal information, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card numbers, bank account details or government identification through this website. Please do not send them to us by web form or email.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where it is needed to do the things above:
Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
We keep enquiry and quotation records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Session recordings are deleted after 30 days, and the other analytics records described below after 12 months.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. California residents have additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how visitors find and use skelcore.com so that we can improve it. PostHog processes this information on our behalf as one of our service providers. We do not use it for advertising.
We record a reconstruction of visits to this site, covering the pages, clicks, scrolling and navigation, so that we can diagnose usability problems. Anything you type into a form field is masked in your browser before it is sent, and is never recorded. We do not record payment details or passwords.
PostHog stores this information on servers in the United States. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertising networks, and we do not combine it with information bought from data brokers.
Most tracker and ad blockers, and browsers that block analytics scripts, stop this collection, and the site works normally without it. You can also clear or block the analytics cookie described below. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, contact us using the details at the end of this page.
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, including keeping your quote list intact as you move between pages. Our analytics provider also sets a first-party cookie, named ph_phc_..._posthog, and keeps a matching value in local storage in your browser, so that repeat visits in the same browser are recognised as the same visitor. You can clear or block these in your browser settings and the site will continue to work. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add them in future, we will update this policy and provide a way to manage your choices.
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date below and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
