Elite Lat Bar

The Elite Lat Bar is the wide-grip pulldown attachment in Skelcore's Elite cable series. Its long bar body sweeps down at the ends, setting the hands at the slightly angled width that lets the lats do the pulling rather than the forearms fighting the bar. A centre attachment eye clips to any standard cable carabiner.

Knurled grip zones at the working positions keep hands planted through heavy sets, and the Elite construction standard means the bar takes years of being dropped back against the stack station's upright without complaint.
