The Round Hip Thrust Pad is a thick cylindrical cushion that wraps around a barbell shaft, spreading the bar's pressure across the hips so heavy thrusts load the glutes instead of bruising the pelvis. The round profile rolls with the bar as the body rises, keeping the cushion centred through the rep.

The dense padding compresses enough to be comfortable but not so much that the bar wanders, and a secure closure keeps the pad fixed on the shaft during setup and re-racking. It serves equally for barbell lunges and squats where bar contact is the limiting factor.
