The Tri-Grip Rubber Olympic Plate puts three evenly spaced handholds through a rubber-coated disc, so whichever way the plate hangs on the storage horn, a grip is always within reach. The rubber coating cushions contact with bars, racks and floors and keeps plate changes quiet.
