These terms govern your use of skelcore.com. They are not the terms of sale. Any purchase of Skelcore equipment is governed by the written quotation and order acknowledgement issued to you, which take precedence over anything on this website.
This site is operated by Skelcore, Miami Gardens, Florida, USA. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Skelcore equipment is supplied on a quoted basis. The quote cart on this site lets you assemble a list of equipment and send it to us as a request. Submitting a request is not an order, and it does not create a contract. No price shown or implied anywhere on this site is an offer to sell.
A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or when we acknowledge your purchase order in writing. Lead times, pricing, freight terms, payment terms, warranty and any return or restocking terms are set out in those documents.
We work to keep specifications, dimensions, weights, finishes and imagery accurate and current. Even so, product information on this site is provided for general guidance. Specifications may change as we improve our equipment, and colours and finishes may appear differently on screen. Where exact specification matters to your project, confirm it with us in writing before ordering.

These website terms do not limit or replace any warranty given with equipment you purchase. Those warranty terms are provided with your quotation and order documents.
Strength and conditioning equipment carries inherent risk. Equipment must be installed, inspected, maintained and used correctly. Please read our Equipment use and liability notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and the courts of Florida will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
