BY AND IN EXCHANGE FOR ENTERING THESE PREMISES AND
ATTENDING THIS EVENT, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Consent YOU consent to Skelcore, LLC and its affiliates ("Us, We or Our") photographing and/or videoing YOU and recording YOUR voice and image. YOU further consent to Our perpetual use throughout the universe of these photographs and/or recordings in any form or medium for any purpose, including advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes. YOU waive any rights to inspect or approve Our use of photographs, videos or recordings of YOU and any right to royalties or other consideration for Our use. YOU agree We are and always will be the only owner of any and all materials (and all related rights, including copyright) procured or produced under to this Agreement.
2. Grant of Rights; Waiver. YOU grant Us, and Our owners, directors, successors, employees, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives exclusively and in perpetuity the irrevocable right to use YOUR name (or any fictional name), likeness, and the photographs, videos or recordings perpetually and throughout the universe in all forms and media that now exists or that may exist in the future, and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations, whether produced by standard photographic techniques, computer, or by other means to be invented with whatever copy, graphics, or images that We choose at Our sole discretion, without restriction as to frequency or duration of use or purpose. If any rights that would otherwise be granted cannot be granted (like moral or artist rights), YOU waive any right to enforce those rights against Us or Our owners, directors, employees, successors, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives.
3. No Conflict. YOU warrant and represent that YOUR consents and Grant of Rights under this Agreement do not conflict with any other obligations you have and that YOU will indemnify Us and hold Us harmless (and Our owners, directors, successors, employees, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives from any claims or damages, including for reasonable attorneys' fees) in the event YOU breach this warranty and representation.
4. Third Party Recordings. YOU understand that others, with or without YOUR consent or Our consent, may use or reproduce YOUR likeness or voice after you enter. YOU hereby release Us and Our owners, directors, successors, employees, assigns, licensees, legal representatives and appointed advertising agencies from all claims of every kind on account of third party uses of their photographs, videos or recordings of YOU.
5. Liability Release. YOU release Us, and Our respective successors, assigns, licensees, and legal representatives from any liability concerning any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, damage to person or property, or other consequences suffered by YOU arising or resulting directly or indirectly from YOUR work on the Project. YOU agree that fitness generally is risky and YOU agree to assume that risk and that YOU are in good health before entering and able to exercise, including at levels that are exhilarating.
6. Binding Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon YOU and YOUR licensees, assigns, heirs, relatives and personal representatives.
